[ANNOUNCE] ActiveMQ-CPP Version 3.4.3 Released

Hi Everyone,

Its official, AcitveMQ-CPP v3.4.3 has now been released.  

This is a bug fix release of the ActiveMQ-CPP client which includes some
fixes since the v3.4.1 release.  A couple important memory leak fixes in
this one so grab it if you are on an earlier version.

Some highlights for this release:

* Fixed a memory leak in the TcpTransport that could occur when the
connection broke during the initial connect phase.
* Fixed a memory leak that could occur with producers that were invoked
in a transaction that encountered a failover during the commit phase.
* Reduce memory overhead of consumer transactions.
