### What is expected?
仪表盘 detail文字可以在pointer之上显示
### What is actually happening?
仪表盘 pointer过大会遮挡detail文字，如果在 detail 中使用 offsetCenter是可以调整位置的，但这样体验感很差。能否支持层级调整，让 detail 显示在pointer之上
