Repro Steps: 
1. Setup basic environments as normal.
2. Open a browser, go to CloudStack Web Console.
3. Go on "Infrastructure" on left panel, choose Zone and click "View all".
4. Click on "Add Zone", choose "Advanced" and click "Next".
5. Input name and IPv4 NDS on "Setup Zone", click "next".
6. Add "Physical network 2", move mouse to "X" (close) button, check the tip.
7. Tip shows the label name: label.remove.this.physical.network.
