International lenya branches

Hello group,
what is the ASF policy for international branches?
I am thinking to open up a cocoon/-lenya site in Spain. Can it be a 
direct spin-off of cocoon/-lenya? I mean like e.g. 
http://www.xaraya.com/ and http://es.xaraya.com/. That would make e.g. 
http://cocoon.apache.org/lenya/ and http://cocoon.apache.org/lenya/es/

i think as long as they are hosted by the ASF (and subject to ASF 
oversight) there is no objection. i am not a spokesperson for the ASF 
though :)

thats a very cool idea. it raises the question how forrest deals with 
i18n. a quick google didnt provide obvious answers, so we should ask on 
forrest-user.
