Are you logged in as your tigris username at the time? And does that
user have at least `Observer' status on project Subversion? (Request
the Observer role if not.)

You mean tigris.org? Yes, it is slow :-( We plan to upgrade it to a more
recent version of SourceCast which should improve its performance and give
us a lot more functionality.

BTW: Do you find that the subversion web server is often painfully
slow? Are there plans for improving its performance?
