Setting Priorities

How can I configure a log4j.properties file to send ERROR to stderr and
everything else to stdout?  I'm a little fuzzy with understanding the
priorties.    I'd like to be able to set the priority dynamically at
runtime - while ConfigureAndWatch do the trick?  How do I set the logging
priority in the props file?
