[HiveMind] refactoring

I'm getting ready to introduce a "HiveMind library" to contain some of the non-essential services; I
think NameLookup, RemoteExceptionCoordinator and EJBFactory can move there. It'll demonstrate, on
its own, how easily services in different modules can work together.
