[ANNOUNCEMENT] Tomcat 4.0 Security Update

As many of you are aware, Tomcat 4.0-beta-5 is subject to the same
security vulnerability that was present in Tomcat 3.2.2, and led to the
release today of Tomcat 3.2.3.  This security vulnerability has been
repaired in the 20010717 nightly build of Tomcat 4.0, available at:

  http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/nightly/

and will also be incorporated in Tomcat 4.0-beta-6, to be released later
this week.
