[VOTE] Release Apache Traffic Server 6.2.3 (RC0)
Hello All,
I've prepared a release for v6.2.3 (RC0) which is the latest stable release
in the 6.2.x series. This is the fourth and final release in our Long Term
Support (LTS) version as detailed in our Release Management document:

Changes since 6.2.2:

The cache in this release is compatible with the previous 6.x, 5.x and 4.x

Also, now that the vote is over, I’d like to voice my concern, and disappointment, that the people who urged that we extend the LTS for 6.2.x, didn’t even bother voting on this release.
I’ll say it again, I think we should EOL 6.2.x with this latest release, i.e. no more 6.2.x releases. Clearly people don’t care that much about it, and there’s been a lot of time for you all to move from 6.2.x to 7.x or the soon to be 8.x.

+1 - Built and ran regression tests on Centos 7. I don’t have a production server to run it on.
