   # Bug Report
   Inappbrowser loadstart is not firing when clicking on a pdf link after chrome update on android
   ## Problem
   On Android when clicking on a pdf link on site loaded on InAppBrowser, loadstart event is not firing.
   Issue happening only after chrome update, no issues was there before and if chrome update is uninstalled it works fine
   
   Suppose google is loaded on Android InAppBrowser, search any pdf document and when clicking on particular pdf link loadstart event is not firing
   Load start is firing for all other links, only issue with document/pdf links
   
   var windowref = cordova.InAppBrowser.open('https://www.google.com', '_blank', 'location=yes');
   windowref.addEventListener('loadstart', function (e) {
                       alert('URL: '+e.url);
                       
   });
   
   ### What is expected to happen?
   
   loadstart event should fire, it was working before chrome update and even if chrome update is removed, it still working
   
   ### What does actually happen?
   
   loadstart event should firing
