Description:
jaxme rejecting some WSDL schema's at use in the Apache Axis test cases. 
As when the Jaxme come to picture the backword compatibility with the exisitng 
schema's are preferd, it is good if we can fix this.

there are basically two errors
test case for each is attached as well:
1)org.apache.ws.jaxme.xs.parser.impl.LocSAXException: You must set either of the
attributes 'name' or 'ref'.

	at org.apache.ws.jaxme.xs.xml.impl.XsAGDefRefImpl.validate(XsAGDefRefImpl.java:115)

	at org.apache.ws.jaxme.xs.xml.impl.XsTAllImpl.validate(XsTAllImpl.java:172)

2)org.apache.ws.jaxme.xs.parser.impl.LocSAXException: Missing attribute:
'schemaLocation'

	at org.apache.ws.jaxme.xs.xml.impl.XsEImportImpl.validate(XsEImportImpl.java:106)
