how to enable the padding properties for the table cell

Hi team,
 I am trying to set the padding properties( padding-top,
padding-bottom,padding-left,padding-right) for fo table cell . From the code 
i am unable to implement padding properties for the table cell of excel.
Please suggest to set the properties.
 I am using Apache poi Hssf   to export the excel .
