We have a few .htaccess protected websites which uses mod_auth_mysql.
The .htaccess authenticated against a MySQL db, which works fine. After a number
of days the .htaccess authentication doesn't work anymore. When the .htaccess
file is replaced by a new .htacces (with the same content) everything works ok.
