Struts 2 creates a DIV tag

Hi Guys,

i have noticed that <s:submit> button creates a DIV tag, i have disabled it
creating a <TR> by specifying "struts.ui.theme=css_xhtml " in
struts.properties file, but still i couldnt find a way to stop creating the
DIV tag, can anyone help me on this...?

description of submit attributes:

targets  String Comma delimited list of ids of the elements whose content will be updated (usually div tags)


set target attribute to null
