Guidelines for an action file

Where can i get guidelines or little examples about to do an action file?

Search the wiki for examples on how to do this
(eg http://wiki.apache.org/cocoon/RecipeUploadUsingAction)

Basically your class extends AbstractAction and inherits the act()
method. Quite simple.
