   Runtime payload is retrieved from the OpenWhisk server but in case server is not reachable, we have hardcoded the JSON payload in wskdeploy itself. We want to move towards a logic of reading JSON payload from the ansible script at https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/blob/master/ansible/group_vars/all instead of hardcoding it in the code.
