[PR] feat: Migrate range bitmap file index and chunked dictionary [paimon-cpp]
lxy-9602 opened a new pull request, #56:
URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon-cpp/pull/56
<!-- Please specify the module before the PR name: feat: ... or fix: ... -->
### Purpose

Migrate range bitmap file index and its dictionary infrastructure:
**Range bitmap (`src/paimon/common/file_index/rangebitmap/`):**
- `RangeBitmap` — range-encoded bitmap supporting range queries via bit-sliced encoding (`range_bitmap.h/cpp`)
- `RangeBitmapFileIndex` — file index implementation using range bitmap for range/equality queries (`range_bitmap_file_index.h/cpp`)
- `BitSliceIndexBitmap` — bit-slice index bitmap for range bitmap internal use (`bit_slice_index_bitmap.h/cpp`)
- `RangeBitmapFileIndexFactory` — factory for registering range bitmap index (`range_bitmap_file_index_factory.h/cpp`)
- `LiteralSerializationUtils` — serialization helpers for literal values in range bitmap (`utils/literal_serialization_utils.h/cpp`)
**Chunked dictionary (`src/paimon/common/file_index/rangebitmap/dictionary/`):**
- `ChunkedDictionary` — dictionary mapping keys to integer IDs with chunk-based storage (`chunked_dictionary.h/cpp`)
- `KeyFactory` — factory for creating typed dictionary keys (`key_factory.h/cpp`)
- `FixedLengthChunk` — fixed-size chunk implementation for dictionary storage (`fixed_length_chunk.h/cpp`)
- `Chunk` — abstract chunk interface (`chunk.h`)
- `Dictionary` — abstract dictionary interface (`dictionary.h`)
<!-- What is the purpose of the change -->
### Tests
- `range_bitmap_io_test.cpp` — range bitmap serialization round-trip
- `range_bitmap_file_index_test.cpp` — range queries, equality, null handling
- `bit_slice_index_bitmap_test.cpp` — bit-slice index operations
- `chunked_dictionary_test.cpp` — dictionary build, lookup, serialization
