[GitHub] drill pull request: Update 020-develop-a-simple-function.md

    Update 020-develop-a-simple-function.md

    Two places
    1. At item-1, the "version" tag in the Maven project needs revision. 
    2. At item-4, the example code's eval() function needs revision also.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/hsuanyi/incubator-drill patch-1

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/drill/pull/77.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #77
