James Hartig commented on CASSGO-42:
------------------------------------
Another issue is that `MapScan` is not checking the `err` response from `RowData`
> MapExecuteBatchCAS panic when iterator error or non-cas
> -------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: CASSGO-42
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSGO-42
> Project: Apache Cassandra Go driver
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Core
> Reporter: James Hartig
> Priority: Normal
>
> `applied = dest["[applied]"].(bool)` is in `MapExecuteBatchCAS` but if the iterator errored then the map might be empty and then `panic: interface conversion: interface {} is nil, not bool` is thrown. We should be checking if the field exists and only panic if it's actually not-nil and not a bool.
