Generating jbi.xml ... FATAL ERROR
I have three sample applications each consisting of an outer maven project
with multiple SU's and an SA which combines them.
When I run the install goal from inside the FUSE IDE, the build works
successfully.
However when I run the build from a command prompt, I get the following
failure on the [jbi:generate-jbi-service-unit-descriptor] goal:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/springframework/context/support/AbstractApplicationContext
Am I supposed to add a dependency to the outer project, or to the SA project
or is this a bug that should be resolved within the maven plugin tooling?

Neil, I can't explain why it would work in the FUSE IDE and not from
the command line. Obviously there's a difference between the two
environments. The placement of the dependency depends on from which
project the error is originating. You should be able to determine this
based on the Maven output. If it's coming from building an SU, then
add the dependency in that pom.xml; if it's coming from building the
SA then add the dep in that pom.xml.
