taglib refresh error

when i run the taglibs by taglibs-random.jar.
i refresh the following page every 5 times there will be a error occur:
http://192.168.1.7:8080/random-examples/random.jsp
the specific exception is
HTTP Status 500 - 
...
exception 
org.apache.jasper.JasperException
...
root cause 
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
...
