IMPALA-15215: Fix S3PlannerTest.testNestedCollections
S3PlannerTest.testNestedCollections uses nested-collections.test
which doesn't expect automatic expansion of complex types. The
same test file is being used in PlannerTest.testNestedCollections
where we explicitly turn of complex type expansion. This patch
applies the same to S3PlannerTest.testNestedCollections.
Testing
* run the test in S3 env
