getting errors on datanode/tasktracker logs
Hi,
I'm getting below errors in log file while starting datanode and
tasktracker. I'm using Hadoop 1.1.2 and java 1.7.0_21.
mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file
mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file
mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file
mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file
mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file
mmap failed for CEN and END part of zip file
Please guide.

Currently java heap size is 1gb, my hdfs cluster is fresh and small.

Moslty it would be with java if things are working good in your prod with
1.6 , i suggest you to try with 1.6 once how it go.

Moslty it would be with java if things are working good in your prod with
1.6 , i suggest you to try with 1.6 once how it go.
