Justify: CDI/DeltaSpike Testing with Rules

The soon to be released Justify Open Source project supporting rule-based
CDI JUnit testing is now briefly documented for System Engineers at
http://pedcentral.com/justify/ .  It now depends on DeltaSpike v1.6.1.

 

We appreciate any feedback that can be rendered before the GA release by
those that give it a try.
