[ANN] Apache Tomcat 7.0.14 released

The Apache Tomcat team announces the immediate availability of Apache
Tomcat 7.0.14.

Apache Tomcat 7.0.14 includes bug fixes and the following new features
compared to version 7.0.12:
- new StuckThreadDetectionValve to identify long running requests
- JAAS authentication support for the JMXRemoteLifecycleListener
- updated MIME type mappings to align with those of Apache httpd

Note that this version has 4 zip binaries: a generic one and three
bundled with Tomcat native binaries for Windows operating systems
running on different CPU architectures.

Hi Sam,

just because no one has done it or needed it. If you want to work on it, 
create a JIRA issue with all the needed code to make it work.
There has been some changes between 6.x and 7.x, just changing the jars 
won't work !

Now that 11.04 is out the door is there a specific reason why someone has not upgraded the tomcat version inside OFBiz up to v7?
