Hi,
Could you please help me in joining developer mailing list -- anybody whom i can contact -- i have repeatedly mailed to  dev-subscribe@cloudstack.apache.org with  no result - not sure whats happening -- the mails are sent . i don't see any appropriate forum also ask for this help.
If you guys could please help me.

You need to acknowledge the subscription, through a reply to an email, this email will be sent to your email, once you mailed to  below dev-subscribe ... id. May be you would have received the mail, check in all other mail directories in your mail box.
