TwitterAnalyzer for Clustering: How to add to classpath

I'm trying to implement the TwitterAnalyzer for clustering on page 213 of
"Mahout in Action". On page 214, the book says to "make sure the .. class is
in the Java CLASSPATH" when you execute seq2sparse.

How do you recommend putting the class in the CLASSPATH?
