General:
Open a file containing versions. When saving in different format - e.g. because
of open office updates - versions seem to get lost.

Occured with:
Old openoffice spreadsheet file (sxc) with versions when opened in OpenOffice
4.3.1 and saved as ods won't yield any warnings and won't keep versions.

Described behaviour is most likely completely independent of os and OO-version,

Due to no visible warning of loosing all history data, it seems a serious
corruption of data to me.
I also found no means of re-creating missing versions (see also bug 63573).

May be related to / generalization of bug 46083.
