Some configuration property are not migrated properly:

{{zookeeper.znode.parent}} shows up in Custom ams-hbase-security-site and Advanced ams-hbase-site.  However the copy in Custom ams-hbase-security-site is empty.

Advanced ams-grafana-ini 
{{ca_cert}} is missing values.

Advanced ams-site
{{timeline.metrics.cluster.aggregate.splitpoints}} is missing values.

Advanced ams-ssl-client
{{ssl.client.truststore.alias}} is missing values.
