Superset will only show the databases and schemas that the StarRocks user (in your case, user1) has permission to access. This is handled by the StarRocks permission system itself—Superset uses the credentials in the connection string and relies on StarRocks to determine which databases are visible. If user1 only has access to db1 and db2, only those will appear in Superset when connecting with user1’s credentials. There’s no extra configuration needed in Superset for this; just make sure the StarRocks user permissions are set as you want them, and use that user in your Superset database connection string. Superset does not apply any additional filtering or privilege escalation beyond what the StarRocks user account allows, and this mapping is direct and 1:1 between StarRocks privileges and Superset visibility [(reference)](https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/11a9f2fe4cfe5df9f3315fd571e6f653eba1f587/superset/db_engine_specs/starrocks.py).
