Description:
In the generated configuration, you have the following lines:
{{<!-- if you define auto-create on certain queues, management has to be auto-create -->
<address-setting match="activemq.management#">}}
The match for the address seems wrong.
IMVHO it should be "activemq.#" as in an HA configuration you also have the "activemq.notification" address
