   spark 3.2
   
   ### Minimal reproduce step
   
   When table field is TIMESTAMP type, spark-sql client query result is empty through this field filter.
   reproduce sql
   ```sql
   CREATE TABLE z_paimon_pk_table (
     `pk` BIGINT,
     `v1` DOUBLE,
     `v2` BIGINT,
     `dt` TIMESTAMP)
   USING paimon
   TBLPROPERTIES(
     'primary-key' = 'pk',
     'file.format' = 'parquet',
     'bucket'='1');
   
   insert into z_paimon_pk_table values(1,1.0,2,cast("2024-04-11 11:01:00" as Timestamp));
   
   // select result is empty, actuall has one row.
   spark-sql> select * from z_paimon_pk_table where dt='2024-04-11 11:01:00';
   ```
   This is caused by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-31910, paimon got the wrong  `PushedFilters` value.
