Just pushed some battery tests up to mobile spec. Sadly, not much I can do
in the way of automation but it is a start.

I will add some battery tests into mobile spec on Monday. I can't believe I
didn't think of that as I was running through the battery tests on Android
last week.

callback-iOS is tagged.

I also updated the Framework build to include battery components (seems
battery was only in the library component).  Was reluctant to do this so
close to release but needed to be fixed.  Also reluctant because I will not
be available on Monday, Dec. 19 and couldn't do as much testing as I would
have liked.  Need to add battery tests into mobile-spec!

Hey guys.

I just tagged 1.3.0. Seeings Fils last email in the other thread, I won't be highlighting playbook support on the release blog. I have included changes.txt that has the commit logs for the repos. 

I am boarding a flight right now and will double check things are in order tonight. Feel free to take a scan yourselves.

Hold off on packaging BlackBerry. I've got to merge a couple pull requests

they all get tagged before Monday, that will give me time to package early
and make sure we release 10am PST Monday morning.
