[jira] [Updated] (IGNITE-18395) .NET: Thin 3.0: Remove MessagePack library dependency

     [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-18395?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]

Pavel Tupitsyn updated IGNITE-18395:
------------------------------------
    Description:
Since we adopted BinaryTuple format for user data encoding (IGNITE-17297), MessagePack is used only for basic things on the protocol level (ints, longs, bytes mostly).

At the same time, we have to deal with the library specifics: implementing *IBufferWriter*, inefficient *ReadBytesAsMemory* (see profiler screenshot), etc.

* Remove MessagePack dependency
* Implement required parts as suits our needs
