It looks like there is [a new way to configure remote logging in v1.9.0|https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/UPDATING.md#logging-update], that requires writing some custom python code (as opposed to a simple env var configuration).

However [the docs still say you can use env vars to configure remote logging|https://airflow.apache.org/configuration.html#logs]

I was only able to figure this out via a [stackoverflow search|https://stackoverflow.com/a/48194903/830030]. Can we update the airflow docs, to reflect the most current method for configuring logging?
