The dag_processor_manager log is hard coded in the default_airflow.cfg to be \{AIRFLOW_HOME}/logs/dag_processor_manager/dag_processor_manager.log

This ignores the configuration when one changes the log directory via base_log_folder.

 

This should allow for the fact if the base_log_folder is set then the dag process manager should place it's logs there and not in the airflow home directory.
