cocoon.jar - build problem.

Hi,
I have JDK117B installed. I downloaded cocoon and tried to run build.bat on the nt platform. Build failed. The error I was having was ::-
"Method parseDouble(java.lang.String) not found in class java.lang.Double."
	[javac]       FOP_VERSION_NO = Double.parse (vn);

How to proceed installation of Cocoon. Please advice.
