[PR] [CALCITE-7797] Update `httpclient5` to `5.6.4` and `httpcore5` to `5.4.3` [calcite-avatica]

   Fixes [CALCITE-7797](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-7797).
   
   Updates Apache HttpClient to the current release. httpclient5 5.6.4 requires httpcore5 5.4.x, so both are updated together.
   
   Notable change in HttpClient 5.6: `DefaultClientTlsStrategy` now defaults the `HostnameVerificationPolicy` to the JSSE built-in verification when no policy is given. #321 (CALCITE-7796) makes the remote driver set the policy explicitly so that `hostname_verification=NONE` keeps working on 5.6.
