I have two version of ANT 1.7.0RC1 and 1.6.5 running exactly the same build file
and the same jsch-0.1.30.jar in the lib directory of each produces difference
results:
1.6.5 - sshexec runs, and build succeeds.
1.7.0RC1 - sshexec looks like it has hung, but after about 15 minutes the
following exception is reported:
com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

No, it was just a guess.
There has been problems with the using
the "system.java.net.useSystemProxies" system property
on some systems. This has been pulled in
1.7.0 final (e.t.a one week)
-noproxy will be removed and will be the default
-autoproxy command line arg will be added if
one wants to use the SystemProxies.
