[OT] collateral damage, Re: Skip net checks if local tests score is high enough?

How nice of someone posting to the list to have the entire comcast.net ISP 
blacklisted.

(for reference, you can check the list-posted copy of the message to see 
the relay in use was 204.127.198.39. which isn't listed in any of the major 
blacklists, but is listed in a few minor ones like blars, monsted.dk, 
drbl.vsu.ru, etc)

Scott, could you check your DNSBL configs. It seems rather over-zealous to 
block the top-level mail relays of large ISPs.. It's at least as 
over-zealous as blocking the entire .nz TLD, as about the same number of 
email users would be impacted.
