JSR-275 is deprecated. It is now replaced by JSR-363, which is deployed under BSD license. GeoAPI 3.0 and been upgraded with GeoAPI 3.0.1, which is identical to GeoAPI 3.0 except that the JSR-275 dependency has been replaced by JSR-363. Apache SIS 0.8 has been upgraded to use GeoAPI 3.0.1.

In short: if the Tika get the JSR-275 dependency indirectly through Apache SIS 0.6 or 0.7, upgrading to 0.8 should fix the issue. If Tika depends on GeoAPI directly, upgrading to GeoAPI 3.0.1 should fix the issue.
