   我在本地开发测试要启动两个项目

   但只有一个启动成功，另一个启动失败了，报了Address already in use: JVM_Bind

   弄了一天看了springboot的demo发现配置文件不一样于是两个我都加了就可以正常启动了，这个是什么意思呀
