`gradle hadoop-rpm` fails in bigtop-alpha branch.

chmod: cannot access '/home/ajisaka/git/bigtop/build/hadoop/rpm/BUILDROOT/hadoop-3.0.0-1.el7.centos.x86_64/etc/hadoop/conf.pseudo/shellprofile.d/example.sh': Permission denied{noformat}
Before the error, chmod -R 0644 is executed to the configuration directory. Hadoop 3 added shellprofile.d directory in configuration, so the permission of the directory become 0644.
