There is no entry for Aug 2015 under http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-announce/

However the file exists on minotaur:

-rw-r--r--  1 apmail  apsite  153865 Aug  8 17:49 /home/apmail/public-arch/www.apache.org/announce/201508

Also one can download the mbox file from
mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-announce/201508.mbox
