Found spelling errors  in manager-howto.html. Look for "mnagement"
I would also like to comment on the use of "context" in this document. I may be
clear to the experienced or expert programmer what this term means. I found it
difficult to fully understand. Perhaps a short explanation is in order for the
unwashed.
