[jira] [Commented] (MAPREDUCE-4168) Support multiple network interfaces

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAPREDUCE-4168?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13723634#comment-13723634 ]

Karthik Kambatla commented on MAPREDUCE-4168:
---------------------------------------------

The RM configs all listen on 0.0.0.0 to support multiple network interfaces. However, submitting the job from the RM node (using the RM config) leads to the AM trying to connect to the RM at 0.0.0.0 which doesn't exist. Other than that, MR works with multiple interfaces.
