[PR] [ISSUE #4147] perf(ai): bound message query tool results [rocketmq-dashboard]

## Summary
- add optional `page`, `pageSize`, and `includeBody` inputs to `rmq.message.query`
- use the existing paged MessageService path with defaults of page 1 and 20 items
- return `items`, `total`, `page`, `size`, and `resultMayBeTruncated`
- omit `body`, `bodyEncoding`, and `bodyTruncated` by default; include them only when requested
- cap schema-driven page sizes at 100
## Compatibility
The output changes from a raw array to the same paged envelope already used by `rmq.topic.list` and `rmq.group.list`. The canonical input/output schema changes together with the handler, so schema-driven MCP and CLI callers receive the new contract consistently. Query filters, permission, risk level, and provider behavior are unchanged.
## TDD evidence
Before implementation, the new tests failed because the handler returned an unpaged array with message bodies and the catalog did not advertise the new inputs. The minimal implementation made those contracts pass.
## Verification
- `mvn -B -ntp -f server/pom.xml -Dtest=MessageQueryToolHandlerTest,ToolCatalogTest,MessageServiceTest,ToolGatewayServiceTest test` — 63 tests passed
- `mvn -B -ntp -f server/pom.xml -DskipTests package`
- Checkstyle — 0 violations
- `git diff --check`

Reworked the branch from the current `rocketmq-studio` baseline following the requested contract direction:
- inputs now use nested `PageRequest page`, matching `MessageQueryDlqInput`;
- outputs reuse common `PageOutput` and serialize `page`, `pageSize`, `total`, and `items`, with `resultMayBeTruncated` as the only message-specific top-level field;
- `includeBody` applies to both `query` and `query_by_topic`, and all three body fields are omitted by default;
- message-ID, key, and Topic paths reuse `queryMessagesPage`; unique-key keeps its direct lookup and is wrapped as a 0..1 page;
- `traceTopic` was renamed to optional `traceTopicName`; blank/absent values retain the three-argument path;
- catalog and output-schema tests were rewritten for the current shard layout.
The new head is a single signed-off commit. The full dev/H2 server suite passes 2361/2361, and package/Checkstyle/diff checks pass.
