    * [Improved]: Moved mentor specific instructions from GSoC main page to the mentor's guide.
    This is to hide the mentor's list information from the students and avoid any type of confusion, wherein the students end up subscribing and sending emails to mentor's list.
    
    * [Added]: Note to update the idea list on the mentor's guide
    
    * [Improved]: Updated the summary heading to highlight the important steps for mentors
