QPID-6301: [C++ Messaging] Client example acks responses
> [C++Messaging] Client example never acknowledges responses

> Key: QPID-6301

> The client example sends a request and then fetches a response. The response is never acknowledged and so remains in the broker until the connection is closed. Since client uses only four messages this isn't a big problem. When client is modified to loop thousands of times then the broker queue eventually overflows.
