The Apache Abdera project is a dependency for some SCA modules, samples, and demos. Many SCA items list Abdera 0.3.0 (October 5, 2007) as a dependency. The latest Abdera version is 0.4.0 (April 11, 2008) which is used by many web containers. SCA should upgrade to this latest version.
Much of the Abdera core, parser, and I18N support API has not changed from 0.3.0 to 0.4.0, so this change will likely not affect the function of the Tuscany SCA apps.

Patch contains updates to pom files to ensure use of Abdera 0.4.0 client. Updated modules have been built cleanly and run through all tests. No other references to Abdera 0.3.0 were found in the Tuscany java/sca code base.
